As someone who works from home and constantly has my doorbell ring during meetings (often for parcel delivery for another flat) and can't jump up to answer or ask the delivery person to not ring 5 times if no one answers, being able to just ping back a message on my phone and not have a loud interruption for a meeting has been a massive help for me.
