Well said. I just launched yesterday. I was not well prepared but wanted to try out to get first experience. Shall be better in future launch. You reminded of the more important tasks - find your users, talk to them, get the feedback and improve.

Just in the past year alone I personally have had 2 very irritating cases with 2 large companies - Lenovo and Bell. I placed an order with Lenovo during Thanksgiving week 2020 but cancelled on the same day. Later it took me 3 months of exhausting effort in various channels to finally get my refund. Since May/2020, my Bell internet began to reset multiple times a day, each lasting 3-5 mins....

I agree with you. I just want to echo because I need this - not just agree but also to action!
