Free startup pod for Banking, Payment & Fintech startups in Singapore
I am working for an event company and they are giving free startup pods to exhibit at a banking and payment event for Fintech-related startups in Singapore.
I thought the product hunt community or your personal network might be interested.
You have to get your own flight and hotel, but you get a space showcase at an invite / paid-only event.
Just comment or inbox me, and I'll drop all the...

There's this '37%-rule' suggested by Mathematician and suggesting the thought process behind of it (Yes your effort actually counts in this model). You'll understand it in 10 minutes.
I don't practice it, but it's been staying at back of my mind and sometimes I think it's true it is the way I operate

Hey Vladimir, loving the here's what you get a portion, comparing performance with others and learning their trick is a value proposition for me.
My personal feedback would fall on the "High goals require high standards" part,
I might switch places for "If you miss 3 days of posting — you’re out" and "You’ll bring positive energy", because seeing a Red Cross (X) as the first point interrupt...

5 to 10...more than 10 is usually unmanageable, unless it's like prospecting and I will only spend 20 secs each and get the info I need then close them.
But constantly, 5~10 of them

I didn't count, but definitely far too many from unwanted sources. For brand / consumer products I don't look at more then 2-3 of them. and if any of them send me more than 2 or 3 per week I'm definitely getting rid of it.
For those that I subscribed voluntarily (given that it's not impulsive follows and is relevant), I think only 1 or 2 of them.
Maybe I haven't created a product or...

This is common but still effective: Put your phone away (and all desktop notifications) when working on important tasks. Or just airplane mode.

I usually get book recommendations from LinkedIn or from the book I'm reading (they reference it). Something on top of my mind is probably knowing which part of the book (especially the definition or introduction) has similar concepts that I am already very familiar with and don't have to re-read those part in a new book.

I just started at the beginning of this year. I think LinkedIn is a long game. Merely posting content (even good content) doesn't generate as many connections as Twitter.
Also, a good mix of personal + quality content seems better on LinkedIn, because people on LinkedIn want to feel you as a real person, whereas Twitter feels more like a 'personality'. Therefore comments and engaging in...

Apple launches Savings account with 4.15% interest
Apple has partnered with Goldman Sachs to allow their customer (US only for now) to open a savings account and earn interest at an APY of 4.15%.
I couldn't imagine people decades ago saving money with a company that sells Personal Computers (or Mobile phones).
What are your thoughts?

Depending on the my perceived value on what the product will gives me. If it's a product that value doesn't show immediately, I don't mind paying first because I know it takes time to show.
If it's a simple product (good example: Calendly) I'd prefer to try it out first then commit. Mainly because if it's so simple I wonder what value paying them will give me.
Are you guys more inclined to fully test out a product if it has a free trial?

Sharing my few cents, with kind intention, apologies in advance if it sounds tough. I can see you have identified problems very well, and the whole thing is to help founders overcome them if they participate.
TLDR: Need social prove or more unique value proposition on why this should be the method I choose. Yes I have all the problems, but also tell me why nanohq is the right one.

Hey Ajay, I get the idea and the thrills, don't exactly understand the idea because I also see beautiful images on Instagram that make me want to go travel.
I wonder if your concept app will have any features or built-in tools that will make planning or going to travel more convenient/ easier / cheaper for me Because those are my consideration when thinking about going travelling.
Eg: Lower...
