I'll agree with the client/stakeholder communication. What I suggest is to have a clear process (after rough draft -> fine draft -> 1st revision etc. Whatever it might be) and if they still want some changes after the agreed number of revisions, charge them more. This might be trickier if you work as in-house designer.

Really depends on where are you on your startup journey and your needs. If you have already secured some funding, go for a generalist in-house designer that would cover most of your needs. The rest hire a freelancer. If not, there are many free resources on all this. So go for the mainstream tools (go for Figma rather than Sketch or Adobe Xd for example). Hope this helps :)

For me it all starts with sport. Start small with it, then you start to pay more attention on what you eat, decide to buy more books etc. Find that one thing for you, could be different thing. The moral of the story, start small :) Hope you find your way, cheers!

Depends on how complex are the screens/interface/dashboards. If the screen is simple enough or where you can strip things down so everything is legible and digestible, then go for the real screen (E.g. Notion) But if it is way too complex and letters are barely legible, then go with the more "mockup" version. (E.g. some sort of complex data analytics tool)

Maybe kinda unpopular opinion: I kinda like working more in the office. There are more serependity moments and you get context faster. But does it translate to more productivity? maybe not. I can be equally productive, assuming my work doesn't depend heavily on other people. People have different preferences, and companies need to serve all groups; either fully remote, hybrid or office :)

The future wouldn't be as easy as you think gonna be. It would be full of pain, surprises and uncertainties. But at the end they are all worth it and it's your choice to embrace it. So be more open to ideas and possibilities but at the same time listen to yourself more than anyone else. You would be proud of yourself, you always are :)
