We built an add-on with our current AI SaaS that uses GitBook knowledge docs to extract information that enables our users to ask product Q's on any messenger channel, inc fb and IG post feed.. Then we loop in the native integrations to LOOKUP user data to help increase conversions.

Do I launch a sub product? 🤔
I haven't launched our main product yet, but I have a sub product that I want to publish here. Is that viable? The sub product is just one of the features. The reason is that I think that it would be more useful to most of the guys here in PH.

Do you use GitBook for your documentation?
We have a new integration that enables your GitBook documentation to be searched and context extracted across 15+ messaging channels, and also within the Facebook page, Facebook group and Instagram posts, for auto comment responses.
It uses GitBooks most recent AI release - GitBook lens.
We've had it running live for around 3 or so months now, pretty much right after GitBook released lens....
