I have founded two Hedge Funds and worked on the trading desk of Billion dollar firms including the trading desk of SAC Capital in Stamford on Long Ridge Road. I successfully managed custodial arrangements with financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and RBCITS. In addition, I also served as the signing officer for both the Canadian Parent and the US Subsidiary of a multi million dollar gift card company. My areas of expertise include: Capital Markets, Payment Networks, Regulatory and Compliance Documentation, AML and KYC Compliance (including Crypto Currencies),, FinCen and FINTRAC Regulatory Experience, Public Equity & Debt Issuance, Legal Contracts, and Financial Law.
