I use Tripadvisor for restaurants and cafes. But for exhibitions or live music I have to google - and yes, sometimes it takes a lot of time. So the best for me is to search on Instagram local influencers and look through their feed (usually they publish smth like "what to do in XX city this weekend"). Maybe the app which accumulates such posts will be useful.

Hello! I think it depends on the field: personal or work productivity. Because all work tasks are tracking by corporate system (Jira, Asana etc).
