We're using Zest in Polar - https://getpolarized.io/ and pretty happy with it so far. What we struggled with was users reporting complex UI bugs that they had difficulty explaining with words. Zest is great because it enables the user to actually SHOW you what's happening in the UI directly and then send that in as a report. It really helps us keep in sync with our user base.
