Very nice idea and app! You're a direct competitors with IBM Watson, but with the advantages of a more automated setup and the agent being constantly updated, right? Could it consume a REST api with a structured database? I have a bot in Dialogflow CX but it's very complex with just a handful of intents and it handles fallbacks poorly, I would like a better solution with more conversational...
