This reeks so bad of a staged posting that it's almost nauseating. You guys clearly need to work on your price points, and get aggressive with competing with other design marketplaces. It's not enough to be on the front page of Product Hunt. Your customers don't care.

Forgive me as this might have been covered before, but, can you comment on the specifics of your current outsourced workforce? Who are they? How are they paid? Per task? Hourly? Specifically curious on your transcriptionists as that can be challenging at times. Do you have a current process in place that quality checks the transcriptions? What if there is multiple speakers?
