I've used Drift for almost 3 months now and it has helped me deal with user questions much more efficiently! Pros: Knowledge center, automatic responses by a bot, custom tags, lots of useful features available on the free plan. Cons: iOS app needs improving, often shows errors when loading conversations, information available on desktop is not visible in mobile app.

I've used it to ship board games for Slight Games from place of manufacture to our headquarters. Pros: Easy to input freight requirements and then select a company to fulfill it. Cons: The UI could be more mobile friendly
