Booked through the app only to realise it was £13 more on the app than the website! I cancelled and rebooked through website but it still charged me more or less the same. I asked why in email to be told there’s in-app purchase policies (wtf) so in now out of pocket as they keep whatever credit you have left ($2.25) which imo should be a lot more as where is the money gone should be at least...
