I guess it's a mix of both :-) It would depend on the context & information the customer is looking for: Quick insights / facts about the product should be listed down and quickly to read - actual product usage is fun and way more educative to consume in video formats!

I'd definitely say it is validating your idea with your potential audience ASAP, build a dummy in figma or an MVP - no more than 3 weeks - and go out and speak to them. After that, you can focus on an amazing and strong team!

Hi there! Marketing manager of a new product here - after focusing on an MVP for almost a year , we slightly pivoted, built a dummy on figma within a week and then a working MVP within 2 weeks, best decision we've ever made! So much valuable product feedback from users...
