I have a Mac and love CloudApp. I use it from Slack for work, all the way to communicating with my kids' teachers when online homework assignments break.

I've been a big fan of the Lucid suite since way back. I've started using this collaborative whiteboard today and it's pretty great. It's an intuitive extension of their real-time collaborative platform. With Lucidchart and Lucidpress a sort of hat trick, I guess.

We use KissMetrics every day. Must have analytics tool if you are serious about understanding channel attribution, A/B testing, segmenting users, and understanding your funnel.
