I wish you had pay-as-you-use model instead of minimum commitment ranging from $400, it becomes lot easier for startup to scale, I also think your pricing structure is not easy to understand, for instance for "Starter 5K" it seems it is only for chat, and for video calls, it says talk to expert. It is kind of turn-off when pricing are not transparent. I wish this could be fixed, anyway, product...
