I am an Intellectual Property Facilitators and the Trainer. I am working in IPR since year 2005. So far I have facilitated filing of around 500 IPR applications including Patents, Trademarks, Industrial designs and copyrights. Specialties: • Analyzing innovation disclosure • Conducting prior art search • Opinion on register-ability such as Patentability • Drafting Patent specifications; • the filing and prosecution of applications for trademarks, patents, designs, GI and copyrights and the maintenance of such intellectual property rights • advising in matters relating to intellectual property rights and related legal matters, including unfair competition, licensing, know-how and the transfer of technology
