Hey there, my name is Jacob Lowe.
I created Mujō 3 years ago on a sabbatical. I had gotten burned out from my prior job and wanted a tool to help avoid burnout. I loved the tool but started making it feature-rich and lost sight of the primary goal.

Hi, I'm the creator of Mujō. It's a passion project that I feel has helped me out quite a bit and I hope it helps you.
I built it after being burnt and gettings stuck in automatic behaviors at work. With Mujō I was able to help pull myself out of some of those automatic behaviors and into more controlled behavior. This was simply be being reminded to focus on my breath.
