Thank you for having a look. For the last couple of months we’ve been building a tool for managing composition of teams within the company. Preparing to lunch https://app.teamstic.com. It’s a team composition management tool (with drag and drop). We’re on an early MVP, and we’re hoping to get some managers to use it to validate if it’s of any value to them. The tool is currently free.

Just to add to what my predecessors said (totaly agree with what they've said), couple technics you might want to try if you're not doing them already:
- good code reviews - team members will see exactly what and how was done. Also helps with knowledge sharing, bus factor, communication, etc.
- pair programming/working (this can be done in different configurations than just dev/dev) - just like...
