Figma for most web and basic product design.
Axure RP for complex product design prototypes that I need to hand off where I know the nuance will get lost. That said, Axure has quite the terrible learning curve and getting the prototype to a presentable level can be painstaking at times... Though could just be my skill issue haha

To dive deeper into specifically product design. I believe designs should help communicate what the product does in as unobtrusive way as possible.

This looks like an interesting product! To clarify, is this designed with user testing prior to development in mind or was this designed for launched products with website/product heat maps being tracked and automatically translated into existing Figma designs?

If it's not too expensive, then I'd live with the purchase/unsubscribe and know not to buy/subscribe again.
If it's really expensive then a return/refund.
Unless it's a scam, misleading marketing where product/service is completely not as described, I likely wouldn't go out of my way to leave a negative review
What do you usually do when you buy a product that turns out to be of mediocre quality?

Maybe consider creating a short/mini series on 'Getting started with X' where you have 3-5 short videos (2mins) that run over the initial setup/onboarding process so users who don't want to book a demo can get setup on their own.
Alternatively, if they have already signed up and are paying then offering a personalised onboarding (30-60mins) where you or someone on your team helps them get...

I use 'we' whenever it's the contribution of the entire team or when it aligns with the company's stance on any given situation.
I use 'I' when I'm giving my own opinion on anything and it's independent of the company.

@chandan_jadhav This is an interesting question!
I'm personally conflicted about this but I'd vote to remove software that allows users to send mass outreach emails.
It's tough... It's kind of ironic since we use it at our startup but I personally feel, regardless of how hard we try, there's limited personalisation that we could offer in these outreach campaigns. And with AI writing a lot...
