My entire life I've carried a small notebook with me to write down words I didn't understand (due to moving around) because I've never found a suitable tech replacement that was lightweight enough but also had all the features I needed.

A simple app that allows you to organise and store all of your vocab in one place.
It has spaced repetition built-in (based on SM2) to help you remember all of the words. And it allows for easy exports to other apps, like Anki and Notion, via CSVs.
