I guess the best thing you can do is enjoying it!! Don't overestimate it and make it bigger in your head than needed. :)

This is exactly what I was looking for at my last launch. Now I can do it myself. Thank you, Max! <3

Congratulations on the launch, Alex! 🥳🥳 That was probably the most ambitious pre-launch marketing I've ever seen. This has to be rewarded. 🙏🏾

Interesting!
I usually do the exact opposite. I write all my stuff inside and on my laptop.
For some reason i am more creative when I write on the laptop than on paper. Probably just a habit.

Hey, fellow builders! 👋 Janu here from Germany.
I once thought I was Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak rolled into one, shipping countless projects - most of them nonsense nobody needed. I spent more time setting up boilerplate code than doing market research and validating my products.
If there’s something I have learned after building for 12 years, It’s that we're all wasting time reinventing...

@jung_hong_kim Congrats on the Mailroom launch!
This looks super helpful for busy entrepreneurs. Love how it sorts emails and updates the CRM automatically. As an agency founder I know that keeping track of everything can be such a headache (you should see my messy Notion CRM) - your tool seems like it could make my life a lot easier. Nice work!

B2B or B2C and why?
I saw a lot of discussions recently on X about one should launch B2B or B2C startups. Both sides argue a lot from marketing/sales perspective. I want to hear your opinion.

They are. You just don't see them. Most people here are lurker. They don't post, they don't engage. They just check the products. A lot of eary adopters and very techy people.
I studied Computer Science and a lot of my friends from my University are lurkers on Product Hunt. Same goes with X.

I agree to some extend.
You shouldn't over engineer it. Just a few simple tools.
I have my calendar (with time blocking), an AI that helps with my calendar planning (Reclaim), Llama (Amazing To Do list but paid). That's it,
