When ai agents need to esculate to human tickets do you have any ticketing system built in for that eg to interact live or via email, or would that be normally passed to another tool eg hubspot etc?

I tested it out on a keyword term, got no results each time after ajdusting then hit a paywall saying my free credits are up. You want to be excluding 0 result searches from the free trial allowance.
