We bought it and got terrible support. When he was pressed for the support we purchased, he refused all support and although he offered a refund he never gave us one. We have a very positive and communicative culture here, and this was a shock to us. Pros: It is decent but basic. Cons: Support is terrible, the owner is an aggressive, dishonest and nasty person.
