Videos are one of the best ways to convey a great story at scale. One-to-one conversations come a close second, but not scalable. So, yes. We would definitely add a video to the launch strategy.

Im a solo-maker, too, Nikhil and this is what I do. 1. I write 5 important things to do for the week - I use Todoist to put everything in. 2. I ensure that I do at-least one of those 5 things without fail one day at a time. On the days I miss, I make time to compensate for it. 3. There are always days where my productivity is zero. 4. I hope you did get some sleep because the launch day is going to be long one, Anar. When we launched, we felt very fatigued 4 hours into the launch, something we didn’t anticipate at all. Answering questions, responding to community, the constant checking of the rank and tons of reaching out sort of drained us big time. We had less sleep the day before and it effected the energy next day...
