Tracking things does a lot for me, coupled with tentative dates on when to accomplish things. I don't always accomplish the task on the initial date, but by repeatedly seeing if I've been pushing it back, I'll likely get to focusing and working on it.

Write more frequently, both for my personal journals and longer-form public posts on different topics. Need to lessen time on distractions or lower priority things. What are yours?

Having good "state" through sleep, food, and physical activity. Focusing on less tasks, and time-blocking activities for deep work. Sorting out priorities the night before also helps.
