The user interface is easy to understand. I love the re-edit, time adjustment, font, color, and caption placement options. Pros: I like the speed of upload and transcription. It makes it easy to provide "next level" video content on a daily basis from any device. Cons: As an iOS user I'd love to see a mobile app.
