1. Google Trends
2. Market and competitor analysis
3. Post your idea on Kern.al (I have an invite so you can skip waitlist)
4. Post your idea everywhere else online, and collect emails
5. Survey or interview potential users
6. Collect pre-sale payments

Someone already mentioned Notion, but I like https://metricool.com/ (for scheduling). The analytics dashboard is so good too, it also keeps track of ads, website, etc.
I've also tried https://simplified.com/ which seems like all-in-one (kinda like canva, AI writing, scheduling) but the UX of it wasn't for me, I preferred Metricool
Any recommendations for a good multi-channel content planner? 🙋♀️

Be humble - your team's performance is a reflection of you. For example, I used to be frustrated my team wasn't getting their work done, but it was because I wasn't clear on deadlines + didn't provide the necessary resources for them to do the work (had to be proactive and give the resources / check in regularly).
How did you learn to manage your first team?

Distribution tips?
I know distribution is so important, and I'm kind of lost as to how to best distribute my content. Any tips or examples?
