I've been wanting something like this for a while. I went through a period where I tried to track everything but eventually gave up because it was too much work. This product seems like it would make doing so feasible.

Love the idea of taking ownership of your consolidated heath data and having a platform to track over time. I move around a lot so physicians generally don't have access to much of my medical history and my memory isn't much better. Will be trying this out
