How do you go about contacting individuals after you search for them? I thought that doing keyword searches to solicit customers was against Twitter's terms of service.

Lowering transaction costs on microloans is a huge problem to tackle and this looks like it's been implemented very well. Just curious though, without loan officers to enforce repayment/vet businesses, is there a greater risk of default? Very curious to see how this evolves.

It isn't the most robust solution, agreed. We do have verified credit cards on file, full names, and the last 4 digits of hosts' social security numbers, so that should discourage theft. As far as safety goes, background checks are something we're looking into doing as well along with reviews.
