Loved your TED Talk and I look forward to reading this book. Q: Presuming that people who run charities / non-profits are Good People, what factors make so many of them ineffective? And how might we go about changing that?

I'm part of a few products on Assembly, including one of mine recently validated through this RFP/ideas board and which is now in development. Also Tweety Pi was developed there. Assembly has a really smart, supportive community of makers.
