Recently, Luke and Mathieu from my team at Enki (www.enki.com) created a continuous integration tool to monitor code reviews, making sure we're strict on approving each other's PRs and making sure there are no accidental merges.
Hunting for the second time (!) as I believe this may have value to other dev teams too.

Love this - just paid for pro. Small things:
- UI button on 'I agree to the terms' box difficult to find, I was stuck for a while
- Couldnt get back to the URL/settings page when trying to find how to change that again

This is awesome! Except it keeps your email signature in the message, so if you use anything where your sig is not visible inline in your email your identity will be revealed anyway ;)
