Looks great, just a few questions: - Is it possible to change the App Store URL to include a campaign keyword so you can track in App Store Analytics and Google Play? - When a user clicks the link from an iOS or Android device, do they still go to the landing page or directly to the app store page?

I run a mobile app marketing company so this service will really come in handy! I love how you can edit the link to create a campaign tracking link in iTunes rather than the direct link. My only question is, when will we be able to create a custom link such as onelink.to/appname?

This looks great, just downloaded and using it now. One question though, how do you enable dark mode?

I've been using the Helpa iPhone app for a couple of weeks now and find it really useful. It's a great alternative to other on-demand SMS based services such as GoButler & Magic as I live outside of the USA so these services don't work for me in Australia yet. It also uses a mobile app rather than SMS which I prefer so I can see and access my past requests easily. They are quick to respond...

I loved this app when I was in the US & UK, but was disappointed to see it didn't work in Australia. The crowdsourced feature is a great addition!
