Is there a way to import all existing notes from the built-in Notes app? Sorry if this has been covered before, didn't see it in the thread below or a way to import in NotePlan 3.

I know it's been a while since being featured on PH, but can you highlight some of the security measures you've implemented? Obviously there is sensitivity to granting access to Gmail email & contacts as well as browser history, etc.
