Love the concept and the charitable idea embedded in it. Not sure how ethical it is to kinda rent out your dog but guess under condition that all of the participants enjoy the process and the dog owner is always present and part-taking in the "date" to protect the dog's interests then it's alright. Could also be a good pretext to meet new friends who share the love for the dogs =) I wonder how...

How do you finance the winning of your users if your app is free guys? What is your vision to monetize it?

The project is so cool! Thumbs up guys! But is it commercially viable or should be subsidized? I mean what about the cost vs revenue? According to the video it seems to have been a big effort to collect gum from all around Amsterdam. I wonder what is the approximate cost of one shoe, can it be reduced if mass produced, what is the vision about future project scaling?
