Kaitlyn Krieger, Shimmy Founder, was inspired by a wish to fit more movement into her life, especially during the busy holiday season. Shimmy — an app that offers 25 fun-size workouts in December — combines Kaitlyn's love of advent calendars with her decade of experience as a technology product manager and entrepreneur/enthusiast (@TaskRabbit, @Lovestagram, @Hello Mazel, @Save Our Faves). Kaitlyn is also a co-founder of the Future Justice Fund and the mom of two toddlers. Her favorite Shimmy workouts include Bollywood Cardio and 80's Aerobics.
