i tried several times to finish my gif but it keeps saying "unable to create gif" or something like that when im done!?

I spent a lot of time creating my Genie then it told me at the end that I need at least one friend to use it! after I gave my information and phone number then sent in the access code , is this app not working yet Startup Stash it was a total waste of my time!

Sorry I think it's cool but not for me😊
