From my experience, extracting info from a PDF doesn't give accurate answers and ofcourse training is the best way to go. @cameronscully_ You can add custom prompts, train your bot, sell access as a parter using Serviceform chatbots. I personally prefer chatbots so I get very quick replies. And ofcourse if it's a basic chatbot which will always refer me to a doc or give generic answers, I would immediately want to speak with an agent. Starting the conversation with a chatbot and option to easily and quickly get in touch with an agent would be the best

Kibana - We've been using it for a long time at Serviceform and I just started playing around with the dashboards they have and the data has been super cool! I realise we've helped carry out 18.4 million conversations through our tools in 30 days!

For SaaS, Mixpanel might be the easiest and fastest to set up and track.

Definitely Webflow. It's much easier, cleaner and faster to build for me and my team That being said, WordPress has the biggest collection of plug-ins I guess?

We use our own Serviceform Flex. Earlier we used click-up which I would recommend! And of course we have a google doc filled with logs of each session

For me, it's Serviceform (serviceform.com) and I use it on a daily basis, but yes, Webflow is right up there as well.
