I am a Project Management Consultant by profession, with 30+ years of experience , mostly working with IBM. TCS, Boeing,etc. Most of my experience was in the IT Services area, in the Outsourcing of complex applications, and at IBM, I was leading the recovery of several "Red-crisis" projects, which means that I have a solid handle on how to recover complex projects in crisis, and I also know how to prevent project failures to the greatest extent possible. I am working to build these "failure prevention" & "early warning of failures" features into GigsBoard, so that projects executed via GigsBoard can be as failure-proof as possible.
