Over my 20+ years working in technology, I've followed a familiar path throughout my career: SysAdmin -> IT Manager -> DevOps -> DevOps Leader. I've worked in data centers as well as the "big three" cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), though mostly in AWS, doing everything from architecture, infrastructure, and software engineering. My goal is to get the word out about StackRef, an internal hackathon management tool, and get it in the hands of people who have realized the same pain points of running them as I have and want a better solution.
