I've been using Harold for a few months and am loving the daily reminders at 8PM. Nothing gets me off my butt quicker to do my daily pushups than the text reminder from Harold. I love the focus on being mindful while eating with your family. I was raised on a steady diet of "be home for dinner and be ready to talk about your day." No matter how crazy my family member's lives got, we always had that 30 minutes together. I think it's a huge reason my parents, sisters, and me are so close to this day.
