If you could do one single thing over, what would it be?
I don’t ever think about this because it’s a useless thought. I just try to learn and adapt. However I’m curious what you would say about this question?

Yes! Unless you have someone better than you to do it then they should do it. Play your strengths. Being the founder doesn’t mean you should be the CEO or any other thing. You should do what’s best for the company.

There’s this stoic phrase “amore fati” which means to love your fate. It’s about instead of getting upset about what happens in your life, embrace it and know that it’s the way it is for a reason and it will make sense later on. Something has to happen in order for another thing to happen so in some sense, when one door closes it opens another. Agree.

In the first 15 seconds the visitor should know what it does and for who. From there I’d say benefits, visuals, social proof, call to action.
