as the product is about helping people to apply for a job it was chosed to use apply, as this is AI based it perfectly fit into changing y to ai and with me in the end I came when looking for domains and thought that applai.me sounds like you should apply(use) the tool to apply for a job. So a bit random but beautiful in the end
How did you come up with your startup's name?

I think it's quite important to stay in touch both formally and informally. Formally, you need to have an undretanding what others are working on to maybe i) help them; ii) learn something from them; iii) keep things aligned. Informally, I think you need to have some coffee chats just to talk about some non work-related stuff. It's not necessary with everybody and very often, but still
When working, do you find it necessary to stay connected with your co-workers?
