The customer service is awful. I contacted them about a charge an this is the response I received. All I asked was what information they needed for a refund Damn you are so stupid! I suspect you were robbed and I want to refund your money back, but how can I refund your money back to you if I do not know who you are? Sure, you better contact your bank, then they will issue a chargeback on us...
