I use it because accounting is a pain but necessary!! Extremely glad that I don't have to do it on my own. Startups that solve necessary B2B evils are always much appreciated by their customers who are usually busy growing their own businesses. Plus, their customer service team is super responsive, which I appreciate a lot in B2B companies!
