We are at the beginning right now and we don't have dedicated customer support, we all do also support. We have a support email where users can adress their issues.

I prefer monthly, especially when it is the first time using that product, also for flexibility. If the product has convinced me, sometimes i choose annual for the discount, but most of the time monthly, thinking that I don't know what I will do after x amount of time.

In the past I had a struggle working from home, but I think I just wasn't used with it. After 3 years working exclusively from home, I can say that I am more productive working from home, since I can focus better, less people are disturbing me, I can think in silence. But I try also to keep a balance between my personal time and working time, I do sports in my free time, so I can be productive,...

By accepting that u can't give 100% all the time and that there are also moments when u are on low energy and it's perfectly fine. Just say I can love myself even on those moments. Be kind with yourself!
