Liz Tsai is a systems-engineer with over a decade building technology companies. She is the CEO and founder at HiOperator: an automated, customer support platform that uses generative AI to provide personalized customer responses to tackle the most complex customer issues. Before founding HiOperator, Liz joined a YC-backed parking analytics startup in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, she was a physical commodities trader in Switzerland and Singapore. Liz attended MIT at age 15 where she double-majored and double-minored, as well as achieved a master's degree at the MIT Media Lab.
