For me, reliability is key. I need a SaaS tool with minimal downtime that consistently delivers on its promised functionality. Scalability is definitely important for growth, but if the core product isn't rock solid reliable day in and day out, the advanced features don't matter much. Twitter is great for SaaS launches IMO. Huge tech-savvy audience there and influencers are easy to engage. Perfect for sharing quick updates, teasers, and building buzz before a launch. LinkedIn can work well too for B2B SaaS.
