1. Don't get bogged down by perfectionism, release when it's time to release, but give plenty of time for warm-up
2. Keep in close contact with closed beta users and build groups
3. Don't forget to combine with long-term infrastructure, such as SEO

Cursor has a certain first-mover advantage, and is also more customizable
The Windsurf experience is much smoother, but there seems to be occasional issues with the chain of thought, which I used to alternate and contrast

It's best not to be bothered by perfectionism, and if the main part has been tested repeatedly without bugs, you can try to release it first, solve some details along the way, and then keep in touch with the beta users.
