Hey Everyone! I am the current CCO of SoundMind, a mental health tech company focused on using the power of music to help those reduce stress, anxiety and trauma. We like to think of SoundMind as a musical tool to help tackle the fight against mental illness. Aside from SoundMind, I am also a dog mom, a loving partner, and an officer in the U.S. Army Medical Corps.
