We've been using Crisp on two websites, for 2 and a half years now, and we're very pleased! The product has continuously evolved, namely with the release of Crisp 3.0. We've grown tenfold and the software definitely has not lagged behind :) Our customers constantly praise our support and I have to say Crisp does have a considerable effect, since it is clean, fast to use and feels human....
